The Annual General Body Meeting of the Pest Management Association for the FY2021-2022 is being held at The Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur a five-star hotel on 14^th  April, 2023 at 2.30 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as under

• To read the notice of the AGM.
• Annual review of PMA activities and future plans by the President.
• To read and approve the minutes of the AGM held on 22^nd22 at Deltin Daman.
• To read and approve the audited balance sheets for FY 2021-22..
• To read and approve Auditor’s Report and discuss on the corrective/improvement actions suggested if any.
• To appoint Auditors for FY 2023-24.
• To approve the changes in the Executive Committee/ Posts suggested by Honourable Advisors from time to time which is accepted by the E.C. Members in the E.C. Meetings held during the year.
